Web & Graphic Designer
We are looking for an experienced and self motivated person to join
our Design team. Your work will include web, print, GUI and concept
design. Working with the latest tools and technologies, you will
keep Netcom3™ at the forefront of the global software market when it
comes to design and quality. You will be working closely with other
departments such as sales, advertising, PR and development.
Experience with Adobe and Macromedia products including Photoshop,
Freehand, Flash and Dream Weaver is a must.

IT Specialist/ Systems Administrator
The role will involve you in an existing support team of approx 6
people; you will be providing all aspects of technical support and
assistance to both internal and external customers. You will have
the skills and experience to carry out Systems/Network
administrative duties, participate in a team atmosphere and have
experience of working within a technical support role. Experience of
managing ongoing IT projects is considered as an asset.

IT Specialist/ Technical Support
You will be providing technical support and assistance on all
current and discontinued software products - learning to be
proficient in all aspects of the company’s products in particular,
their functionality and quality control. You will be involved in the
verification of new products/software releases and providing input
into technical manuals and other research work. Previous experience
of working in Software Technical support is considered as an asset
but not a mandatory requirement.

Customer Support Representative
You should be able to demonstrate the skills to work within a
dedicated team and on your own initiative, be flexible and well
organized. As part of Netcom3™’s Customer Support Team, you will
perform a range of duties including reception, administration,
clerical and customer support services for our customers.
Proficiency in the use of modern data handling systems, good IT
skills and fluency in written and spoken English are an essential
requirement for the role. Fluency in other languages, such as
French and German would also be advantageous.

Windows Programmer
As a member of our development team you will be working on security
and storage solutions for the Windows platform. You should be
familiar with the most common Windows platforms and have some
experience of object-oriented programming. C# or C++ knowledge is
essential. Analytical skills, Agile Development, knowledge of UI
frameworks and a university degree would be considered an asset.
