There are situations where the libraries associated with the program have not been properly installed or have been corrupted. Errors can include, but are not limited to, the following:

• An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.
   
• This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.

If you get a runtime error, do the following:

1. Close Netcom3 by clicking the X button at the top right of the Main window.
    
2. Click Start » All Programs » Netcom3 Cleaner » Uninstall Netcom3 Cleaner.
    
3. Follow the instructions as displayed during each step.
    
4. Install Netcom3 again.
