On Guard Protection

This screen shows the list of computer operations you want to protect. You can choose to have these features enabled or disabled. If enabling one of these features affects a certain operation you can return to this screen and disable that feature. For some of the features you may choose to customize the settings.  

• LSP Scanner and Protection – This will repair and protect your computer from your internet connection being hijacked
• Site Guard – Blocks harmful sites that may contain spyware
• Immunizer – Protects your browser from harmful Active X components
• Restrict Messenger Services – Restricts other messenger services from contacting your PC messenger service
• Pop Up blocker – Blocks unwanted pop up messages when browsing
• Process Guard – Stops unwanted applications from starting on your PC
• Domain White – Gives access to specific websites that you don’t want to block
• Home Page Manager – Sets and monitors your default home page URL
• BHO Manager (Browser Helper Objects) -- This extends the functionality of your Internet Explorer Browser to allow you to remove unwanted BHOs.
• Startup Program Manager – Maintains the list of programs that start up by default on your machine
• Add/Remove Program Manager – Works just like your computer’s add/remove manager used to remove programs installed on your PC.
